Our journey began with passion and purpose.
Shore View started out in 1985 with SVS, a convention center in Vijayawada. For over two decades, SVS remained the prestigious convention center in the city for events of all sizes. Today, we have three premium convention centers being the top choices for people of Vijayawada.
In our pursuit of excellence in hospitality, we've expanded our operations to include a luxury 5-Star Hotel in the heart of Vijayawada. We partnered with GRT Group, one of the most reputable hotel chains in South India, to bring world-class accommodation to the city. The property features 104 rooms, 2 large banquet halls, 2 conference rooms, 2 restaurants, spa, and wellness facilities, making it the largest 5-Star Hotel in Vijayawada.
Adjacent to the hotel, SS Convention Center stands as a 20,000 square foot pillar-less hall that can be portioned into 2 smaller halls, offering versatile space for events of any scale, providing flexibility for various event requirements. The seamless integration of luxury accommodation and convention facilities makes Shore View the premier destination for conferences, weddings, and large-scale events in the region.
Shore View is expanding its operations to allied services such as catering and event management. With over 3 decades of experience in hospitality and serving scores of customers to their satisfaction, Shore View is poised to widen the range of hospitality services we offer across Vijayawada, Guntur, and Amaravati. Beyond our core competency, Shore View holds its corporate social responsibility dear. Where it all began
From SVS Mandapam, founded by Mr.Valluru Subba Rao, a prominent Engineer and Businessman in Vijayawada, Group Shore View stayed the course under the able leadership of Mr.Valluru Basavayya, son of Mr.Subba Rao. The Group added Sesha Sai Kalyana Vedika in 2004 to its assets. Located in the heart of Vijayawada, near Benz Circle, Sesha Sai has been the first AC Convention Center in the city. It played venue to over 5000+ functions in the last 16 years. Sesha Sai has been the most preferred convention center in Vijayawada ever since it opened.
Legacy Transformed into Premier Venues
Early in 2014, SHORE VIEW converted its property Jyothi Mahal Theatre into Jyothi Convention Centre in Vijayawada. The Centre is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities.
Today SHORE VIEW has 3 top-class Convention Centres in Vijayawada. Brand SHORE VIEW is one of the most popular and trusted hospitality space across Vijayawada, Guntur and Amaravati. Armed with a strong goodwill, we are expanding into other key destinations in the State as well.
Our Management
A second generation entrepreneur with an experience of over 30 years in diverse businesses. Successfully ran Jyothi Mahal, one of the most popular theatres in Vijayawada for over 20 years. The theatre, converted in 2014 into Jyothi Convention Center, hosted over 150 functions of various sizes till date. He founded Sesha Sai Mandapam, the first air-conditioned convention hall in Vijayawada, too. He is also into commercial leasing and real estate.
Son of Mr.Basavayya, he currently runs the family business. An Arizona State University Graduate in Computer Information Systems and Georgia Tech University M.B.A Honours, he represents a professional experience of over 4 years in the US and India. Having led the Business Development department at Sri Power, a solar energy start-up, he is now committed to taking SHORE VIEW to new heights. The 100-room hotel in Vijayawada, with a Convention Center of international standards is his maiden venture.
